Job Description

As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all insurance-related activities within the organization. Your main role will be to ensure that all insurance policies are in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. You will work closely with the finance and operations departments to identify risks, assess insurance needs, and provide timely and accurate insurance advice to the management team.Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive insurance program for the organization, including property and casualty, liability, and employee benefits. Negotiate insurance premiums, terms, and conditions with insurance providers to obtain the most cost-effective coverage. Review all insurance claims and initiate the necessary procedures to ensure timely and efficient processing. Analyze and report on key insurance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records and documents, including policies, claims, and premiums. Develop and conduct insurance training programs for staff members to enhance their understanding of insurance-related topics.Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance management, preferably in a corporate or non-profit organization. Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage, and regulations. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software.
