This role is integral to our success, requiring active involvement in every stage of the sales process—from initial client engagement and conducting site surveys to closing deals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to understand and document client requirements, manage CRM data, and develop compelling, tailored solutions that lead to successful sales outcomes.Responsibilities:Follow-Up Communications: Maintain proactive communication with potential clients to clarify their needs and keep them engaged throughout the sales process.Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and company pricing guidelines.Closing Deals: Assist in deal negotiations and closures, leveraging deep product knowledge and understanding of client requirements.Requirement Gathering: Collect comprehensive client requirements, including conducting detailed site surveys to assess physical spaces, technical infrastructure, and specific client needs.CRM Management: Efficiently add and update opportunities in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy for seamless tracking and sales process flow.Meeting Coordination and Documentation: Arrange and document meetings with potential clients, ensuring clear communication of agendas, discussions, and action items.Sales and Technical Team Collaboration: Facilitate information flow between sales, technical, and product teams to craft solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the presales process.What are we looking for?Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.1+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or related role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.Strong understanding of IT Network products, services, and the technology market landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions.Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Personal Attributes:Strategic thinker with a sales-oriented mindset.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.#WeSeeEqual at SMART:We celebrate diversity like it's the festival of the year!
