Job Description

Job PurposeThe Account Manager is key in supporting the development and implementation of OLO (Other Licensed Operators) sales strategies. This role involves assisting with sales contract negotiations and supporting OLO account management with an emphasis on nurturing long-term relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives. The Account Manager will perform duties in line with the company's established business policies and procedures.Job Responsibility OLO Sales Strategy Support & Execution. Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies for OLOs to enhance revenue growth, working in collaboration with National Sales Support to align with STC corporate strategy. Client Relationship Support and Coordination: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with OLOs by acting as a liaison to foster enduring partnerships. Contract Coordination: Support commercial sales negotiations with OLO providers with the goal of increasing STC revenues and reducing costs. Coordinate with the Legal and Regulatory General Directorates to ensure all sales contracts comply with necessary standards and regulations. Account Support: Assist in the development of OLO account plans and contribute to their regular updates to meet client needs effectively. Provide assistance with quotations for OLO customers and support deal closures to maximize corporate profits. Collaborate with the marketing team to support the management of commercial pricing for national OLOs to ensure effective pricing strategy implementation and revenue growth. Support the collaboration with National Sales Support in sales planning and forecasting for each account to help achieve sales targets. Support the ongoing review of existing agreements for potential renewals. Provide assistance in dispute resolution in coordination with Commercial Service Support & National Sales Support teams when necessary.Job Responsibility (Cont.)Years Of Experience5 - 6 YearsNature Of Experience Prior experience in sales, preferably with a large organization in the telecommunications industry, ideally with exposure to a telecommunication Wholesale environment Prior experience in the technical and commercial fields of telecom market preferredJob BandSkillsEducationBachelor Degree in SalesAdditional EducationBachelor Degree in Technological Engineering or Business AdministrationCertifications
