Data privacy and application support

The Job Purpose Is Defined As Below Assist with the creation and maintenance of the Record of Processing Activities (‘ROPA’) for their respective Business Unit(s) Identify, escalate, and communicate any data privacy risks within their Business Unit(s) to the DPO Ensure Initial Screening Assessments (ISA) are conducted for all NPPAs within their Business Unit(s). Assist with the completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments as and when required. Coordinating with the relevant Business Unit(s) to action any data subject rights requests in line with local regulatory requirements. Upskilling by participating in data privacy related training and awareness sessions. Supporting and facilitating the Data Privacy Office in all matters related to Consent Management. 5 years of experience in a financial institution2 years of experience supporting applications and systems1 years of experience dealing in data privacy regulations and laws2 years of experience in SSnC ADVENT applications like APX, MOXY, TRADEX, Rules Manager, Sylvan and Vision FIWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of SSnC ADVENT applications like APX, MOXY, TRADEX, Rules Manager, Sylvan and Vision FIDIFC data protection law no. 5 of 2020 and data protection regulations
