Job Description
Responsibilities:Food quality controlMonitoring the implementation of health requirements for employees and branches.Monitoring the implementation of all procedures related to food quality and safety.Follow up on daily, monthly and annual quality and food safety reports.Preparing awareness and training programs regarding quality and food safety.Follow up on the branches to determine the extent to which they are implementing the company’s standard specifications.Training employees in different departments to correct operational errors during work.Required experiences:A university qualification or appropriate diploma in the field of food and quality.Recent graduation is preferred.Good knowledge in writing procedures and following up on their application.Holds certificates or training courses in the field of food safety - quality - ISO2200-HACCP 5- Proficiency in using computers.A strong and leadership personality.
