IN A NUTSHELLAs a CRM Marketing Executive at Pointspay, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior CRM Executive to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your role will involve supporting campaign execution, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and contributing to the success of various marketing projects.YOUR KEY TASKSCollaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with company objectives.Assist in executing CRM campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.Assist in managing relationships with external CRM vendors, including contract negotiation, project briefing, and performance evaluation.Utilize CRM data to analyze customer behavior, trends, and preferences, deriving actionable insights to optimize campaigns and initiatives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of CRM efforts.Assist in implementing quality control measures to maintain brand standards and effectiveness of CRM campaigns.Provide support in analyzing CRM performance metrics and preparing reports for insights and optimizations.YOUR CORE SKILLSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.1-2 years of experience in marketing roles, with exposure to with exposure to CRM strategies and campaign execution.Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.Creative thinking and attention to detail.THE TEAM YOU JOINWe are an international team, with members located in offices across the world.
