Job description:Job Purpose This position exists to perform welcoming and guiding the building visitors and employees efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Key Accountability Areas Attendance:Activate employees punch / eye scanner for attendance.Access Cards:Create new access cards and add/delete doors access as per the received approved request.Visitors Details:Register all non alfanar visitors’ details.Communicate with concerned employees to meet the visitors.Mail Coordination:Check the bank details of Bank cards received by post mailCommunicate with employees to receive their bank cards.Arrange to Send and Receive DHL shipments after completing the needed documents and approvals.Role Accountability HR Proficiency:Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.Ensure effective communication with peers and managers and show openness to directions and feedback.Delivery: Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Problem-Solving: Assist to solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.Quality: Follow quality requirements and specifications for services, processes, or related activities.Business Process: Execute and comply related tasks as per defined policies, procedures, and work instructionsHealth, Safety, and Environment: Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations.Academic Qualification Diploma Degree in Secretarial InstituteWork Experience 2 to 5 YearsTechnical / Functional Competencies Customer ServiceMail Distribution and ServicesOral/Written CommunicationsService Level AgreementsDetails OrientedProfile description:Alfanar is a Saudi company with an international presence, primarily engaged in the manufacturing and trading of a wide variety of low, medium, and high voltage electrical products, in addition to its portfolio of conventional and renewable energy solutions, oil and gas, water treatment, infrastructure, technical services, and digital solutions. The hub of alfanar’s manufacturing operations is Medinet alfanar Alsinaiya, a 700,000 square-meter complex located in Riyadh.
