Your Mission You'll play a crucial role in ensuring Riverty's operations run smoothly and efficiently, all while maintaining strict compliance with local regulations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Your responsibilities will include: Setting strategic goals and directions for Ops Support activities, guiding our team towards success. Planning and monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure seamless progress and optimal performance. Establishing a proper coaching structure to empower and develop every member of our team. Evaluating the efficiency of business procedures and implementing improvements in collaboration with the Operations Lead. Monitoring overall performance by analyzing relevant data and metrics via key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensuring that defined service level agreements (SLAs) are met both internally and externally. Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies and guidelines. Providing active leadership to drive engagement, efficiency, and excellence within the Ops Support organization. Taking an active role in the Operational management team to contribute to strategic decision-making and execution. To excel in this role, you'll need: Leadership experience to effectively steer, guide, and motivate the team towards achieving and surpassing goals. Expertise in regulatory frameworks, operations, market dynamics, and understanding of industry competitors. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and data-driven mindset to gather insights and drive informed decision-making. Result-oriented approach with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
