Job Description
• Ensure all projects are scheduled and resourced to deliver on time, within budget, within strategic objectives, and achieve planned financial or programmatic benefits.
• Oversee the outputs and progress against meeting project KPIs to ensure all projects work towards achieving broader org strategic objectives.
• Be responsible for CISO assigned projects in term of execution, delivery, benefit realization.
• Stakeholders engagement work closely with the customer/key stakeholders to ensure that scope is fully understood, along with priority delivery requirements, organizing activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Familiarity with organizational cultures and their processes
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.
• Manage and utilize resources across projects.
• Align the deliverables (outputs) to the business.
• Manage assigned programs/projects documentation.
• Ability to find an innovative way to resolve problems or issues, systematically and effectively during the program/project, such as optimizing and sharing resources across the projects for obtaining benefits overseeing requirements and configuration management across component.
Job Requirements
• Experience of turning organizational strategy into organizational and team plans
• Excellent working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, principles, methods, tools and techniques, including the proficient use of analytical tools
• Experience of managing a strategic planning and budgeting process
• Strong project management and operational planning skills and demonstrable experience managing simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints.
• Ability to work with the wide range of individuals involved in delivery function to help them successfully complete their work and to integrate the components deliverables into the Must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders such as customers, sponsors, senior management, project managers, project team members, vendors, suppliers, and other program stakeholders including C-Suite, Executive level etc.

• Developing a program communications management plan to address the stakeholders needs and expectations and to provide key information in a timely manner in the format designed by the requestor.
• Identification of stakeholders, getting an understanding of their needs and expectations, developing a stakeholder engagement strategy to support these stakeholders so that the stakeholder’s expectations can be aligned with the program/project objectives and ultimately improve the overall acceptance of the program/project objectives
• Educated to Bachelors’ degree Level IT, engineering, or other related fields (min)
• PMI PMP or Prince 2 Certified
• ITIL Certified or any governance certificates
• Min 8 years’ experience in Project Manager role and preferred to be in Cybersecurity remit.
