Being a Joint Venture of two strong conglomerates and also the first mover based in the newly developed Al-Maktoum International Airport, which is set to become the biggest airport in the region, puts us in the enviable position of setting the standard and leading the way for others to follow.About The RoleEnsure that all passengers and guests receive VIP hospitality whilst visiting the facility. Actively promote the comfort and well-being of all guests. Co-ordinate all aircraft and crew requirements and monitor ramp activities in order to ensure excellent and efficient service delivery.Primary DutiesResponsible for facilitating the arrival and departure of aircraft, passengers and crewCo-ordinate and obtain all necessary aircraft permissions such as landing/take off Permits and slot requestsManage schedule changes in a timely manner and deliver all services as received via handling requestsFacilitate smooth client transition from landside to airside via the DCAF FBO facilityCompile, complete, and distribute the Daily Shift Report, ensuring that significant issues and incidents are promptly communicated to relevant stakeholdersMaintain cleanliness and presentation of all FBO areas, maintaining the highest standardsPrepare weekly and monthly aircraft movement reportsReview and acknowledge all operational notices and regulatory changesIdentify and report any and all safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.Follow operational procedures and provide constructive feedback in support of continuous improvementUndertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Management TeamRender personal service to all crew/passengers/guests in the FBO and create a harmonious atmosphere.Work closely with all other departments to ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered.Escort Clients and crew to/from their aircraft; coordinating all transportation requirementsProcess handling files and entries into FBO One accuratelySupport processing of FBO One invoicesHandling payments via credit card and cash prior to flight departuresCo-ordinate all third party services, including but not limited to fuel, catering, GSE, customs, immigration, police, ground transportation and hotel accommodation Minimum QualificationsHigh School CertificateValid unrestricted UAE driver’s license essentialMinimum ExperiencePrevious experience within aviation operational roleVVIP customer service experienceJob-Specific SkillsDetail oriented methodical approach to solving/performing tasks Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Pride in performing to the best of own ability Advanced communication and interpersonal skills All positions are full time contract, with permanent residency in Dubai.
