Supervising the preparation of studies for the agencySupervising the review of the financial regulations of the independent government agencies, making recommendations thereon, and submitting them for review and approval by those with authorityDetermine the department's needs for competencies and talents and manage the affairs of the department's personnelEvaluate the performance level of management employees and make recommendations regarding human resources decisions such as rewards, appointments, promotions, and transfers of management employees.Work to verify the realization of the main housing units and improve the level of services that are achieved in terms of quality, accuracy, and effectivenessOther RequirementsMinimum 10 years in financial management or equivalent and 5 years in a supervisory position.Comprehensive knowledge of IPSAS.
