Director of Food and Beverage

Our client operates a leading 5 star resort in Dubai.This large, award-winning, property offers a choice of quality accommodation options, extensive restaurants and bars facilities, large conference & meeting services and stunning pool, spa and leisure facilities.It is well established, very busy, and has been the recipient of numerous awards for the quality of product and the service that it offers.They now seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join their team.The ideal candidate will have a background in large luxury/5-star hotels or resorts and will be an existing Director of Food and Beverage, or perhaps a skilled F&B Operations Director looking for their next step.They will have experience managing large teams and overseeing an extensive and diverse F&B operation with multiple outlets and service styles (from fine dining to casual dining, multiple cuisines, buffets and convention catering).Previous experience working in the Middle East would be an advantage but is not necessarily essential.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading international chain and grow your career.The position offers an expat package with tax-free salary and the usual other benefits...Your application should include a cover letter and detailed CV, briefly outlining your past work experience and achievements.
