Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a prominent landscaping company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client seeks a dedicated Site Nurse to ensure the health and safety of personnel on-site. This role is vital in providing immediate medical assistance, promoting health and wellness, and maintaining a safe working environment.Responsibilities: Deliver immediate first aid and medical attention in case of injuries or emergencies. Work closely with the Health and Safety team to develop and implement effective safety protocols. Monitor the overall health and well-being of the workforce, addressing any health concerns promptly. Manage and maintain detailed health records for all site personnel. Conduct regular health and safety training sessions for workers to promote awareness and preventive measures. Collaborate with external healthcare professionals and services when required to provide comprehensive medical support. Stay updated on industry health and safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance. Advise management on the implementation of preventive health measures and safety practices. Ensure the well-being of all personnel on the construction or landscaping site by providing immediate medical care and implementing preventive health strategies. Promote a culture of safety by conducting training sessions and fostering awareness of health and safety protocols. Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all site employees. Keep abreast of the latest health and safety standards in the industry and apply this knowledge to improve site safety practices. Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field. Professional certification, license, or relevant training is preferred. Strong knowledge of first aid and emergency care practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the workforce and management. Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently when required.
