Job Description
1. Prescription Data Receival:
o Review and Verification: Receive prescription medication data from
insurance companies, review the data sheets for completeness, and
communicate with the insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies
or missing information.
o Ticket Creation: Create corresponding tickets in our internal system,
prompting the uploading team to begin processing the data.
2. Contact info Management and Syncing:
o Database Creation: After the processing of the data, we create and
maintain a comprehensive database in the internal system for insured
corporate clients, including details such as name, card number, address,
and mobile number.
o Prescription Syncing: Ensure the accurate syncing of uploaded
prescriptions to initiate the medication delivery process.
3. Data Scraping:
o Data Extraction: For certain insurance companies, retrieve medication
data from their online systems to process it similarly to the received data
sheets, ensuring it is accurately prepared for further processing.
4. Medication Change Requests:
o Processing Requests: Handle medication change requests from
patients, ensuring compliance with insurance companies' terms and
conditions.
o Coordination: Communicate with insurance companies to deliver patient
requests, obtain responses, and update prescriptions accordingly.
o Problem Solving: Investigate any issues related to patient prescriptions,
working to resolve them with other stakeholders or escalating to direct
management when necessary.
o Reporting: Document and report any significant issues or updates to the
direct manager.
5. Additional Responsibilities:
o Task Management: Accept and execute additional tasks as assigned by
the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 Years of Experience
- Experience in Medical field or insurance company
- Pharmaceutical/Medical background
