Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of services and operational processes across HealthTech platforms, TPA (Third-Party Administration) models. This role involves establishing quality control standards, conducting audits, identifying process improvements, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client requirements in the healthcare and medical insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of the quality assurance team within HealthTech-enabled medical operations.

• Monitor and assess the quality of claims processing, eligibility verification, coding, and customer service activities.

• Develop and enforce quality policies, SOPs, and audit frameworks tailored to TPA operations.

• Conduct internal audits and participate in external quality evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Analyze errors and service issues across claims and provider management workflows; recommend and implement corrective actions.

• Work closely with IT and operational teams to improve platform efficiency and data accuracy.

• Train staff on quality standards, best practices, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of audit findings, KPIs, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions.

• Coordinate with insurance partners, healthcare providers, and clients to resolve quality-related concerns.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HIPAA (if applicable), and local healthcare regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, Insurance, or Health Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within a TPA, HealthTech company, or medical insurance setting.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare claims lifecycle, ICD-10/CPT coding, eligibility rules, and medical service standards.
• Familiarity with HealthTech systems, claims automation platforms, and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Strong command of Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and quality tracking software.
