With its world-class computer vision, AI and omni-analytics platform as its engine, Presight excels at all-source data interpretation to support insight-driven decision making that shapes policy and creates safer, healthier, happier, and more sustainable societies.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities Develop a business development and sales strategy that employs direct and channel approaches to significantly expand the footprint of our business in the assigned markets.Timely and accurately maintain CRM processes for effective sales management and client activities reporting.Establish and cultivating new client and partner collaboration opportunities.Lead and work with internal teams to demonstrate the value of our technology and solutions to customers and prospects through business case development, references, and ROI.Lead and develop proposals to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.Work with management team to develop and roll out an effective partners strategy.Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and strategic goals.QualificationsTo qualify, you must have Minimum 10 years’ experience in an enterprise/global sales organization or proven related work experience.Prior success sales experience in the Latin America territories, and proficient speaking multiple languages, mainly English, Portugese and Spanish.Ability to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented, customer-centric mindset.Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.Good communication skills in French, Portugese and English. Skills And Attributes For SuccessA good understanding of value selling especially in areas of enterprise solutions such as digital transformation solutions, ERP, CRM and analytics related technologies.Successful track record of selling complex and effective solutions and services to large enterprise and/or government accounts.Engaging senior executives in strategic planning.Negotiating and closing large, complex deals.Record of sustained quota targets being met or exceeded.Effective communication, writing and presentation skills.Well-developed organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye to details.Disciplined and methodical approach to develop and manage sales pipeline.Professional, ambitious, determined and result-oriented mind set.Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone as well as in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.Excellent organizational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation skills.This role may require you travelling overseas on a regular basis.What we look for: If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
