Evaluate service performance concerning the Quality of Service offered through all channels. Provide clear insight into performance drivers which impact performance. Give recommendations for process improvements based on the customer experience & feedback. Hold calibrations and meetings with managerial and non-managerial level teams to find common ground and sustain system stability. Design the quality rules and guidelines to achieve the highest performances. Compile and track performance for teams and individual levels. Conduct presentation & business simulation with new hires. RequirementsBachelors degree from a reputable university. 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, Quality Control [E-payment field is preferred].
