Job Description

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Specialist optimizing the online shopping experience, and maximizing conversion rates. 
 The E-commerce Specialist will also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party vendors, monitoring and analyzing online sales metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive online traffic to the company website.
  • analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for website optimization and improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including e-commerce platforms, payment processors, and logistics providers.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute online promotions and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and implement best practices.
  • Manage the online product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and
  • optimizing product listings for search engines.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the security and stability of the e-commerce platform.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on e-commerce performance to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce technology, platforms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience using data to drive decision-
    making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus.
