A Senior Aluminum Production Engineer will be in charge of managing the Aluminum factory and supervising all its operations for delivering work orders and ensuring quality standards are met.
(In brief, the factory main operations are manufacturing different systems for projects as curtain wall systems, Doors, Windows, Aluminum Cladding, Steel members and many other aluminum works.)
Reporting to: -
COO
Responsibilities
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Managing all Factory operations and organizing it with COO.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions to meet delivery times for completing orders and ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow up with other company sections the work orders updates.
- Work with the top management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Solving technical issues and provide support and training for teams to enhance performance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in production engineering, power engineering or a relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience in the same manufacturing industry.
- Cairo and Giza Residences Only
- Computer Skills: AutoCAD - MS Office
- Good communication skills.
