Job Description
- Lead the implementation of NetSuite CRM modules, including Lead Management, Opportunity Tracking, Customer Support, and Sales Forecasting.
- Customize and configure the CRM system to align with client-specific sales and customer relationship processes.
- Set up dashboards, workflows, and reports for real-time insights and better decision-making.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and conduct process mapping for CRM functions.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for managing customer relationships using NetSuite CRM.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients on optimizing their sales and customer service processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM module of NetSuite.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and quality assurance to ensure seamless functionality.
- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements to improve customer relationship management efficiency.
- Develop training materials and user manuals for the CRM system.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the NetSuite CRM module.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and key processes for client reference.
- Assist clients in optimizing their sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer retention strategies.
- Implement tools for tracking sales performance, customer interactions, and communication history.
- Oversee the implementation project, including planning, timeline estimation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with all project participants. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the implementation process.

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite CRM or other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
- Experience working with multi-channel sales environments and customer support operations.
- NetSuite Certification (CRM Consultant or User Certification).
- Proven experience in CRM implementation and process optimization.
