Job Summary:
We are hiring Call Center Agents to handle inbound customer service calls and provide high-quality support. You will play a vital role in representing the bank and assisting customers with their inquiries.
•Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information about banking services and procedures.
Resolve customer issues effectively or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•Salary & Working Hours:
Gross Salary: EGP 7,000/month.
Rotational shifts: 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
2 days off per week.
Paid training included.

Job Requirements
•Requirements:
University graduates only (any major).
Maximum age: 28 years.
Good command of English.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Previous call center experience is a plus.
