System Configuration:

Configure enterprise systems according to client specifications.

Customize workflows, forms, and reports.

Training and Support:

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and post-implementation.

Create comprehensive user manuals and documentation.

Technical Skills:

Experience with enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Knowledge of database management and data migration processes.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing software solutions.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field [Commerce or IT].

Previous experience in system implementation, preferably within enterprise software.
