Job Description
Odoo Implementer
Responsible for analyzing client requirements and implementing the Odoo system. Duties include system setup and customization, user training, ongoing technical support, and daily troubleshooting. The role also covers system configuration, data migration, and explaining key functions to ensure users get the best value from the system and improve workflow efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Analyzing Client Needs
Understand client requirements and analyze current business processes to determine the best way to implement Odoo.
2. System Setup and Configuration
Configure Odoo settings to fit each client’s needs (module setup, user permissions, invoice settings, etc.).
3. Data Migration
Import and migrate client data from previous systems into Odoo.
4. User Training
Train the client’s team on how to use the system, explaining essential processes and daily tasks.
5. System Testing
Ensure the system operates correctly after setup and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
6. Technical Support and Follow-Up
Provide continuous technical support to clients after deployment and address daily challenges and required adjustments.
7. Report Preparation
Prepare and explain the required reports for clients using Odoo.
8. Communication with the Development Team
Relay client feedback and technical issues to the development team if customizations or code changes are needed.
