Job Description
- Site supervision and management
- Coordinate with Project Manager to determine and define scope of work and deliverables
- Coordinate site tasks and delegate responsibilities for all projects
- Oversee site tasks to ensure high quality of work
- Manage tasks to ensure project schedules/deadlines are met
- Coordinate work with subcontractors, vendors, technicians, etc.
- Identify and solve construction issues on site
- Tracking the performance of the bids through cost control KPIs
- Sourcing contractors and developing professional working relationships with them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil/ Arch. engineering or similar
- 3-6 years' experience in managing construction projects with a focus on F&B finishing works
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, details, and shop drawings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Professional working with picture for projects
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Strong leadership and management skills
