Job Description
We are looking for an IT & Zoho system administrator. Being able to perform other IT duties is a major plus, especially helping answer software questions and troubleshoot issues. This position will work closely with our Operations Managers, Sales Team, and Executive Team to continue to improve, administer, and maintain our ZOHO CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Work as system admin for Zoho one. Managing users, policies, workflows & users support.
- IT system admin for laptops, PC's and other devices.
- Apple IOS system knowledge is important as several laptops are Macbooks.
- Configure permissions, roles, and layouts for multiple user types and departments.
- Customize fields, tabs, and pages.
- Examine integrations with third party applications.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications.
- Set up and manage core Zoho CRM modules such as Leads, Accounts Contacts, and Potentials.
- Efficient in implementation, customization and system administration related to Zoho and its related applications.
- Experience in reporting and dashboards within Zoho.
- Knowledge of Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator (Deluge), Zoho Flow (API Tool), and Zoho Integration with other third-party applications.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities AND work cross-functionally.
- Participate fully in the onboarding lifecycle for new dealers with business systems set up, including but not limited to Facebook, Home Advisor, phone/email support, and Zoho including template customization.
