Job Description
- Compliance to financial guidelines in the form of financial statements, budgets, forecasts and special reports to serve as direct management tools.
- Maintain control over income, expenses and assets of the company in compliance with the policies and procedures as well as local requirements.
- Makes all studies/reports required by the CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
- Organizes and maintains the department at the highest level of financial control and audit standards.
- Maintains and improves the profitability of the companies through strict revenue and cost controls procedures as well as safeguarding of the company.
- Manage and coordinate financial functions required of the company as needed (e.g., forecasting, trade spend tracking, pricing and SKU, supplier, and account analysis support).
- Manage, implement and maintain consistent accounting policies, practices and procedures; upholding and staying knowledgeable about Egyptian Taxes and laws standards.
- Provide CEO and Department leads with information vital to the decision-making process.
- Evaluate, improve and maintain accounting and internal control systems.
- Oversee financial regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance (external accounting firm).
- Provides the stake holders with the necessary cash needs to cover its commitments through proper collections and disbursement procedures or funds requests from the Owners with whom he keeps a permanent line of communication in cash flow matters.
- Assists CEO, communicates with Department Heads and exercises leadership in a manner that will maximize efficiency.
- Supervise and spot checks all stocks taken of inventories and fixed assets.
- Supervise the preparation and timely submission of all required tax returns and other reports to government authorities and owning company in accordance with regulations.

Job Requirements
- Strong communication, technology, analytical and management skills
- Knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience
- Previous experience with FMCG
- BA / BS required; Bachelors in Accounting preferred; MBA / CPA / Master of Finance is a plus
