Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deployment, installation and configuration of Retail Pro 9 on both servers and PCs.
- Troubleshoots Retail Pro 9 related issues.
- Responsible for creating Retail Pro 9 Promotions, testing and applying it in all stores.
- Design or edit Retail Pro 9 reports depending on user requirements.
- Responsible for the performance, safety and security of the database.
- Responsible for Retail Pro 9 Backup plan, and Recovery if needed.
- Database tuning and optimization, and ensuring that the storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoots database problems.
- Enterprise Communication Manager (ECM) configuration and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Retail Pro 9.
- Very good understanding of Retail Pro 9 Operations and Business Logic.
- Good understanding of Relational Database Management System concepts (RDBMS).
- Crystal Reports basic knowledge.
- PL/SQL experience is a plus.
