Job Description
- Conduct through financial analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Results: Provide accurate and comprehensive financial reports with insights into the property's financial performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and managements of budgets and forecasts.
Results: Contribute to the creation of realistic and achievable budgets.
- Analyze budget vs. actual performance of each property, identifying and explaining variances.
- Monitor and analyze operating costs to identify areas for improvement and cost- saving opportunities.
- Propose cost control measures while maintaining or improving operational efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of commerce - Major Accounting
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the accounting sector for Tourism and hospitality firms.
- Perfect command of English.
