Senior Backend DeveloperAbout CoinMENACoinMENA is a crypto-assets trading platform licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and Dubai'sVirtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA). Through competitive fees, high liquidity, andan educational approach, CoinMENA aims to be the simplest and most trusted digital assets platform in the region.Role OverviewThe Senior Backend Developer writes and optimizes code for server-side applications and databases. When combinedwith front-end code, this ensures a functional and seamless experience for the end user.Duties And ResponsibilitiesWrite effective, scalable code.Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.Integrate user-facing elements into applications.Test and debug programs.Improve functionality of existing systems.Implement security and data protection solutions.Assess and prioritize feature requests.Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.Qualifications And RequirementsExpertise in at least one popular Python framework (Starlette ,FastApi, Flask, Django).Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), REST API and FIX Protocol APIs.Strong understanding of databases and SQL.Strong problem-solving skills.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.English language proficiency required.
