Job Description
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
- Being responsible for a whole FF&E project starting from meeting the clients, mood boards, selections, quotations, and deliveries.
- Determine the FF&E design concept based on the interior design scheme.
- Review shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items with the factory (factory visits are expected).
- Contact with client/consultants/vendors on all FF&E matters and attend site meetings.
- Update and maintain the showroom and materials library.
- Preparing quotations and specs sheets for the clients.
- Follow up with the accountant and all team members till closing the deal.
- Having the ability to increase the sales and bring new customers.
- Well known with the market and consultants.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in applied arts or Architecture Engineering.
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, InDesign, 3d max, Adobe- illustrator.
- Strong background in furniture.
- Previous experience in Sales.
- Flexible.
- Good communication skills.
- Creativity and developing skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to travel.
