Job Description
- Perform all required IT tasks .
- Config and maintain the network and IT equipment
- Communicate with all IT suppliers & service providers to provide the required services to company network equipment and follow up the executions of those services till completion.
- Manage and maintain backups, antivirus, firewall….
- Troubleshoot and solve all related IT problems .
- Creatively in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions.
- Continuous improvement for personal skills & knowledge.
- Meet goals due date.
- Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly.
- Reporting.
Job Requirements
- Experience: + 6 years
- Graduated: Computer science or any related computing faculty
- Required Knowledge/Certificate
- Microsoft MCSE or MCITP
- Experienced with Windows 2012/2016 Server , Office 365 SharePoint , MS SQL queries, Sophos firewall , Symantec End point , VmWare ESXi .
- Very good English .
- Very good communication skills.
