Job Description
- Manage the assessments schedule and arrange with the Admission and students Data manager.
- Request, monitor and process registration form .
- Read and review all marks and comments regarding student levels, behavior and communicate with the assessor prior to the assessment.
- Communicate with other schools for collecting references and school reports.
- Keep track of all assessment results.
- Communicate assessment results with parents via e-mail , telephone and letters.
- Maintain confidentiality of files of applicants who have been declined based on their assessment.
- Lead in all Prospective Parents tours.
- Send standard letters to prospective parents.
- Responding to incoming telephone calls, emails and visitor’s requests for information regarding needed documents and admission process in a professional and effective way.
