Client Success Executive role is all about empathy and delivering exceptional after-sales experience that delights customers and ensure long-term retention encompassing the below duties & responsibilities:
- Receive clients requests & claims, providing support to resolve their cases.
- On-board clients & ensure their familiarity with Amanleek after-sales benefits.
- Follow-up on clients to evaluate their purchase experience feedback.
- Contact clients for renewal offers ensuring their retention.
- Engage with clients on regular basis with updates, reminders etc…
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in similar customer support roles (preferable in Insurance / Medical / Pharma fields)
- Shows empathy to clients and able to handle their requests efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems
- Positive attitude when engaging with clients across various touch-points
- Highly organised and able to multi-task effectively
- Customer focused & capable of building strong relationships with clients
- Quick learner and willing to gain insurance products’ knowledge
- Good command of English language (written & spoken)
