Key Responsibilities:

1. Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings:
   • Prepare detailed ELV system drawings (CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Alarm System , etc.).
   • Generate shop drawings based on design inputs and specifications.
   • Update as-built drawings to reflect on-site installations.
2. Coordination Drawings:
   • Coordinate ELV layouts with architectural, structural, HVAC, and electrical services to avoid clashes.
   • Use clash detection tools or coordinate with BIM teams if required.
3. Design Interpretation:
   • Read and interpret ELV schematics, single-line diagrams, and riser diagrams provided by engineers or consultants.
4. CAD / BIM Software Use:
   • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit.
   • Maintain CAD standards, layers, and file naming conventions.
5. Documentation and Revisions:
   • Ensure all drawings are properly documented and revised as needed.
   • Maintain version control for drawing submissions and approvals.
6. On-site Coordination:
   • Visit sites occasionally (if required) to verify installation routes or collect redlines for as-built drawings.
7. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with ELV engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure accurate representation of systems.
