Job Description
The Business Development Manger, will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential projects and business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ceramic tiles market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and retailers within the ceramic tiles market.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to promote ceramic tiles to potential clients.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to present and sell company products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending new opportunities for business improvement.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Job Requirements

- Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in the ceramic tiles or related industry.
