Job Description
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely based on analytics.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive relevant traffic.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution to analysis.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in a marketing or public relations capacity in a related organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Excellent Level of English
- Strong writing and oral presentation skills
- Advanced media relations experience
- Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateral
- Basic knowledge of journalism practices and broadcast production methods
