Role and Responsibilities: Achievement of individual sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets Providing Solutions to Customer's Queries/Requirements Thorough knowledge of products in his/her department My Area My Responsibility (MAMR) Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards Perpetual Inventory Count Cleanliness of area of responsibility Managing brand promoters under his/her assigned team/ department RequirementsMinimum Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent Minimum 2 years’ experience in Electronics Retail Sales Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service. Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
