Job Description:
- Responsible for helping sales achieve revenue targets in her/his region/assigned vertical.
- Responsible to understand customer requirements, work with the internal technology teams to design solutions to address those requirements,
- Present solutions to customers to obtain technical buy-in, estimate the bill of material and level of effort in terms of services and compile technical proposals
- Responsible to work with vendor pre-sales teams to arrive at the best possible alternative amongst possible solutions
- Responsible to identify the right vendors for a technology
- Supporting sales team through outside visits to customers’ premises whenever support needed
- Supporting sales team at assigned deals by prioritizing the needed effort required according to the factors of productivity and profit or as directed by the pre-sales manager in collaboration with sales manager
- Securing needed commitments from client’s technical staff to ensure that deal is “technically” closed
- Acting as a business development member towards any of potential opportunities within customer firms by collaborating with sales team to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Communication engineering or computer or similar.
- 2-4 years of Pre-sales or sales engineering experience.
- Customer Focused with a strong track record in placing customer needs at the heart of decision making.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- V. good in English spoken & written .
