Job Description
- Calculating, analyzing, monitoring, Coordinating, and reporting all Financial and commercial activities related to the Supply Chain department.
- This position is responsible to coordinate between the field force, distributors and direct sales to allocate stocks for the sales team.
- Administer the data of actual sales on company and area level.
- Manage all Sales orders execution and processing per different clients.
- Responsible for providing accurate and reliable reports of actual sales to the higher and middle management team.
- Responsible for ensuring stock availability at different warehouses to meet customers’ demands.
- Execution of client agreements (contracts, distributors orders).
- Follow up on goods delivery for key accounts & distributors.
- Follow up of goods to substitute free goods.
- Reporting and following up on the stock level.
- Approving and Following up all Sales Return {Valid & Expired goods }
- Implement auditing procedures for inventory management
- Close monitoring of Inventory levels. (Monthly).
- Preparing and reporting Nearly expired goods for all company products.
- Preparing Inventory Alert.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – Supply Chain major.
- from 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Time Management.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- High Analytical Skills.
- Computer skills (SAP, word, excel, and e-mail).
