Job Summary:

The Content Creator is responsible for generating innovative and compelling content tailored for a range of digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of digital marketing trends. The individual will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and video production teams to produce content that engages audiences and supports the agency's and its clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development:
    • Develop original content for various digital platforms, including writing blog posts, articles, scripts for videos, social media posts, and newsletters.
    • Create and edit visual content such as graphics, photos, and videos.
  2. Idea Generation:
    • Brainstorm new and creative ideas for content campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  3. Content Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development of content strategies that align with the agency's and clients' goals.
    • Understand and align content with audience preferences and digital trends.
  4. Production Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the video production team for the creation of video content, including planning, scripting, and post-production activities.
    • Work with graphic designers to ensure visual content aligns with textual narratives.
  5. Quality Control:
    • Ensure consistency in the agency's or clients' brand voice across all content.
    • Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use analytics tools to gauge content performance and suggest improvements or changes.
    • Report on content engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions to increase effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Software.
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
