Job Description
Structural design for commercial projects in new capital:
- Review and validate that all Structural designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards.
- Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses.
- Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
- Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.
- Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
- Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
- Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
- Make frequent site visits for following up.
- Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.
- Check the design criteria and basic designs of Structural works to obtain the maximum quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Structural Engineering.
- User of Revit Structure.
- Proficient Level in design programs (SAP2000, CSI SAFE, ETABS, and STAAD PRO.)
- Experience in commercial and administrative projects.
