Job Description
- Review settled insurance claims to determine that payments and settlements have been made in accordance with company practices and procedures
- Conduct detailed claim reviews.
- Enter claim payments, reserves and new claims on computer system, inputting concise yet sufficient file documentation.
- Communicates questionable claims to determine whether to authorize payments.
- Effeciently finalize the targeted number of claims on timwith zero errors.
- Effeciently close the claims cycle while adhering to the process.
- Maintain records and monthly reports.
