Job Description

  • Answer, reply and support all VAS clients whether through phone or email, operates as their helpdesk and handles their complaints.
  • Handle and follow up with all internal and external parties who have a role in supporting clients and getting their issue or concerns addressed.
  • Responsible for all SMS VAS servers (Windows & Linux) software/hardware.
  • Unix & Linux administrator.
  • Monitoring VAS SMS databases, and responsible for escalating any issue that would affect stability and quality.
  • 24/7 monitoring of VAS SMS gateways and escalates to appropriate party when required.
  • Responsible for scheduling, tracking and reporting all bulk campaign requests.
  • Generates frequent reports from SQL (Writing Query) including any ad-hoc requested report.
  • Responsible for testing any new SMS tool and providing proper feedback to all concerned teams with full details, requirements and modification, as well as requesting new tools if needed.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in technical support or VAS field
  • Experience with Linux and Unix
  • Bachelor in computer engineering is a plus
