Streams for Technology Services is acting as a Project Manager Office [PMO] in one of the major projects in the country where it manages the digitization process for several entities in the project. The project hires several companies specialized in the digital transformation type of work and Streams is selected to manage those companies to ensure the proper delivery as per the standards placed by the customer.
Accordingly, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager. The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders as well as our main customer and his sub-contractors to develop projects and programs.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
To be successful as a PMO Manager, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch PMO Manager should be well organized and able to work under pressure.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
A minimum of five years' experience in the industry.
A minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
Strong leadership skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills [both Arabic and English].
Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
Excellent organizational and technical skills.
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Willing to extend the working hours throughout the day and during the week.
Previous experience running large-scale digital transformation projects.
Previous experience in Governmental projects.
Strong vendor management skills experience.
