Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative, maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying plans to the upper management.
Responsibility
- Leading sales team achieving growth and sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Job Requirements
- From 5 to 8 years of relevant experience within the Healthcare/Pharma field
- Solid experience of leading a team
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Exceptional communication skill & Ability to build a rapport
