Job Description

  1. Direct and control the different BU sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
  2. Contribute to the development of the company’s business strategy, particularly in relation to sales objectives. Update the Commercial Director on different market trends and customer needs.
  3. Monitor stock level (supply Vs demand) according to sales performance.
  4. Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales function operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives within the designated area.
  5. Monitor the performance of the sales function and take remedial action / support when necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant entities to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
  7. Follow up & monitor the CRM for all direct reports and rectify any performance related issues.
  8. Map out individual weekly/monthly segment, territory visit plans for each business unit and accompany each medical rep on these visits.
  9. Design & conduct regular coaching sessions while ensuring that the performance management system (KPI/KBI) is implemented on a timely basis.
  10. Monitoring the arrangement of instrument requirements, attending operations with surgeons to ensure the efficient execution of all operations.
  11. Attend Workshops / Conferences inside/outside Egypt.
  12. Regularly attend company meetings, trainings, technical data presentations.
  13. Ensure that all you team members are fully equipped with the relevant product knowledge and necessary interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/ Science/vet from a reputable university.
  • At least 10 years of extensive sales experience in the medical Device industry. 
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in different sales techniques 
  • Proven track record in achieving targets & amplifying team performance.
