Job Description
- Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers.
- Prepare and file export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Issuing the Job Orders for each Booking.
- Handling shipments with customs clearance and Inland contractors.
- Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations
- Selecting the best air, sea and land freight agents with the best freight.
- Follow-up e-mails with the shipping line and agents.
- Coordination and following up Site Operations for Job Orders.
- Tracking sheets for shipments and site.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in export and Import operations.
- Must have good experience and background in import & distribution.
- Expertise in import/export regulations and procedures in Egypt.
- Experience with customs documentation and procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
