Job Description
- Implements specific architectural works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested.
- Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural works, preparation of drawings.
- Verifies and/or modifies all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards.
- Liaises as directed with consulting engineers; Structure, MEP and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
- Undertakes special project assignments as required.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture Engineering degree.
- 7 - 11 years of experience
- Excellent Proficient use of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Very good in English Language.
- Problem Solver.
- Good knowledge of Architectural design standards.
- Knowledge of local authorities and governmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and team-player skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.
- Ability of gathering, developing and applying modern technical details.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization.
- Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines.
