Job Description
- Administer and coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance appraisals to foster continuous growth and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, benefits, and workplace policies.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, proactively addressing any compliance issues.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and drive HR projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office-based environment.
