Job Description

  • To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery
  • Analyse customer queries behaviour and trends to identify the improvement areas for the company
  • Conducting product promotion to existing and potential customers
  • Maintain proper documentation of complaint / request record
  • Resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems over emails and phone calls
  • Identifying/Escalating priority issues and reporting to the higher-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to appropriate resources

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Has interest in recent technology
  • Fluency in English/Arabic
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Very Flexible and can adapt to any change
  • 2/3 years of experience in Logistics Customer Service & Documentation.
